THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RAMARA

NOTICE OF PROPOSED ROAD CLOSING AND SALE BY-LAW

TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of the Township of Ramara (the “Township”) intends to pass a By-law to close a portion of an unopened unnamed street in The Township of Ramara, County of Simcoe more particularly described in Schedule “A” hereto (the “Lands”) and to authorize the sale of the Lands.

ANY PERSON wishing to comment on the proposed closing or sale is requested to submit comments in writing by 4:30 p.m. on the 23rd day of November, 2016 to the Clerk of the Township at 2297 Highway 12, PO Box 130 Brechin, Ontario L0K 1B0.

THE COUNCIL of the Township will give consideration to all submissions received and will then determine whether or not to proceed with the passage of the said By-law.

THE SAID BY-LAW will come before Council for its consideration of the Council meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th day of November, 2016.
