Promote the health of the watershed through education and stewardship with the goal of reducing phosphorous inputs from urban and rural sources, restoring fish and aquatic wildlife habitat, and addressing nearshore toxic and nuisance algae growth.

Promote best practices to local land owners that will aid in the sustainability and enhancement of the watershed such as shoreline rewilding. state-of-the -art septic systems, neighbourhood clean-ups and recycling
